Welcome to BK Touch. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BK Touch website, online store, customer accounts, and related online services.
BK Touch is a trade name operated by Tangzilla Inc., an Ontario corporation (“BK Touch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products or services through it.
1. About BK Touch
BK Touch provides business technology products and services, including retail technology, point-of-sale hardware, kiosks, barcode and RFID equipment, related accessories, software solutions, implementation services, consulting, support, and other technology products and services.
Certain products or services displayed on our website may be provided by, integrated with, or manufactured by third parties.

When you choose a third-party authentication service, that provider may share certain account information with us, such as your name, email address, profile information, and account identifier, as permitted by you and the provider.
Your use of a third-party authentication service is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy policies.
BK Touch does not receive or store your Google password when you use Sign in with Google.

5. Products and Services
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the products and services offered on our website.
Product photographs, illustrations, specifications, dimensions, features, compatibility information, availability, and other information are provided for general reference and may be updated from time to time.
Manufacturers may modify product specifications without notice. Where a particular specification is important to your purchase, please contact BK Touch before ordering.
Software implementation, integration, consulting, development, training, support, and other professional services may be governed by a separate quotation, statement of work, service agreement, subscription agreement, or other written agreement.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will govern the applicable products or services to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
6. Pricing and Currency
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice before an order is accepted.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in the currency identified during the ordering process and do not necessarily include applicable taxes, shipping, customs duties, brokerage fees, installation, configuration, or other charges.
The applicable charges will be disclosed during checkout or in the applicable quotation or agreement, as required.
If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we may correct the error. Where an affected order has already been submitted, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that BK Touch has accepted the order.
We may need to verify payment, product availability, shipping information, quantities, or other order details before accepting or fulfilling an order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, shipping restrictions, or legal or regulatory requirements.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You authorize BK Touch and its payment service providers to process the charges associated with your order using the payment method you provide.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. BK Touch does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Additional payment terms may apply to quotations, deposits, implementation projects, subscriptions, support plans, or business accounts.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information may be provided during checkout or separately by BK Touch.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless BK Touch expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, weather, supply-chain interruptions, manufacturer delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss, title, and shipping responsibilities for business or commercial orders may also be governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, Incoterm, or other written agreement.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the return or refund policy applicable to the product or service purchased and to any rights provided by applicable law.
Some products may be subject to restrictions because they are special-order, custom-configured, opened, activated, licensed, clearance, or otherwise not ordinarily returnable.
Any applicable restrictions will not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Customers should review the applicable return and refund information before completing a purchase.
11. Warranties
Products sold by BK Touch may include warranties provided by BK Touch, the original manufacturer, or another supplier.
The applicable warranty period and conditions may vary by product and will be described in the applicable product documentation, quotation, invoice, warranty statement, or other agreement.
Except to the extent prohibited by law, BK Touch does not make additional warranties beyond those expressly provided in writing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12. Software and Third-Party Services
Products or services purchased from BK Touch may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including ERP, payment, eCommerce, cloud, communications, shipping, marketplace, and other technology providers.
Third-party products and services are governed by their respective providers' terms, licenses, privacy policies, service availability, and other conditions.
BK Touch does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will continue to offer a particular feature, integration, API, service, or level of compatibility.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the BK Touch website and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Tangzilla Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use website content for personal or legitimate business evaluation purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Tangzilla Inc., operating as BK Touch, harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person.
